Our youngest daughter Marianne, has been very successful in her snowboarding racing career and in 2014 attended the Sochi winter Olympics as an athlete representing the Canadian National Snowboard Team. She had her career best result at the Olympics finishing in the highest position ever for a Canadian female in the parallel events by placing 5th. We are very proud to say we helped her to achieve this by starting our B&B business, to help her fund her dream. Many of our guests from around the world tuned in to the Olympics and watched Marianne compete as by staying with us at the B&B they helped as well. Thankyou to all. She has since retired from the sport and has completed her diploma at Lethbridge college studying to be a Gerontologist and Recreational therapist. She will be moving on to University to complete her degree in this field
